Tiimo

Your planner should find your deadlines

Tiimo scans your calendar and sends escalating alerts 4 hours, 1 hour, and 15 minutes before each deadline — on iOS and Android, with no setup maze.

Built for how your brain works

Every feature is designed to reduce setup friction and prevent missed deadlines — not add more to manage.

Alerts that get louder as time runs out

Push notifications arrive 4 hours before, 1 hour before, and 15 minutes before every deadline — no paywall required, no timers that freeze. Your brain gets the warning it needs, every single time.

A timeline your brain can read at a glance

Color-coded time blocks sit on a scrollable visual timeline, not a dense text list. Add emoji icons, set durations, and nest checklist items inside any block you create.

One calendar connection. Live in five minutes.

Connect your calendar, grant notification permission, and your first deadline alert is active in under 5 minutes. No strategy wizards, no configuration menus — just your real schedule, ready to work.

Type a goal. Get a ready-to-use schedule.

Tell the AI Co-Planner what you need to accomplish in plain language — it breaks your goal into specific time-boxed task cards you review and edit before anything lands on your timeline. Nothing is added without your approval.

Save your routines. Apply them in seconds.

Build a morning routine or work block once, save it as a named template, and drop it onto any day with a single tap — one-off or on a recurring weekly schedule.

Real people. Real deadlines met.

"I used to find out about a meeting 10 minutes after it started. The 4-hour and 1-hour alerts completely changed that for me."

Questions we hear a lot

What's included in the free trial, and what does a paid plan cost?
The 7-day free trial gives you full access to every feature — escalating deadline alerts, the AI Co-Planner, unlimited time blocks, and routine templates. After the trial, your plan options and exact prices are shown clearly on the plans screen before you enter any payment details. No surprise charges, no bait-and-switch tiers.
Every ADHD planner I've tried has felt overwhelming before I even start. Will Tiimo be different?
Yes, deliberately. You connect your calendar, grant notification permission, and your first deadline alert is live in under 5 minutes. There are no strategy menus, no configuration wizards, and no 12-step onboarding. If you get stuck, the help screen is one message — not a wall of text.
Does it work on Android, or only on iPhone?
Tiimo works on iOS and Android today. You get the same visual timeline, escalating alerts, and AI Co-Planner on both platforms — no reduced feature set for Android users. A web version is in active development.
What does the AI Co-Planner actually do — in concrete terms?
You type a goal in plain language, for example 'Prepare for Thursday's presentation'. The AI Co-Planner breaks it into specific time-boxed task cards, which you review and edit before adding to your timeline. It does not auto-schedule anything without your approval, and it tells you exactly what it has produced so there are no surprises.
Are notifications locked behind a paywall?
No. Escalating deadline alerts are included in every paid plan, and the full feature list for each plan is disclosed on the pricing screen before you sign up. We do not hide notification access in fine print or reveal a paywall after you have already invested time in setup.
